Ingredients:Summer squash, 1.5 cup slices (remove)*Zuchinni, fresh, 1 cup sliced, 1.5 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Black Olives, 10 jumbo (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Barilla Plus Rotini, 3 oz (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)Newmans Own Olive oil and Vinegar, 4 oz (remove)
Boil pasta. While pasta is boiing, cut the veggies into bit size pieces. Once pasta is done, drain. Using the same pot sautee the squash, zuchinni, celery, and garlic in the canola oil. Place pasta, sauteed veggies, black olives, and Newman's Own dressing in a bowl and toss. You can serve it warm or cold.
