Chocolate Mouse & Raspberry Pie

1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk4 oz Cream Cheese Fat Free1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Lite 3 tbsb Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1/2 cup SplendaKeebler Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust1 cup Raspberries2 tbsp La Nouba Chocolate Hazelnut SpreadDiamond of CA Sliced Almonds-1/4 cup
Makes 8 servings
In mixing bowl put in the ricotta cheese and cream cheese and beat with mixer until smooth. Add cool whip and mix until combined. Add cocoa powder and splenda and mix until everything is combined.
Put mixture in prepared graham cracker pie crust. Warm the Hazelnut Spread in the microwave for about 30 seconds until it will drizzle easily. Place the raspberries on the top of the pie and then drizzle with the chocolate hazelnut spread. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top and it is ready to serve or you can chill it before serving as well.
