Crunchy Chinese Salad

Ingredients
2 pkgs Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor (uncooked)1/2 c slivered almonds1/2 c sunflower seeds, hulled and unsalted1 16 oz pkg coleslawDressing:1/2 c canola oil2 T cider vinegar2 t sugar1 t black pepper4 chopped green onion topsBoth Ramen seasoning packets
Directions
Using a large spoon or kitchen mallet, hit package of dry Ramen noodles into bite sized pieces. Toss with seeds, nuts, and coleslaw. Mix dressing ingredients together and toss with coleslaw mix. Make right before serving. Does not store well as the noodles get soggy.

*If you want to have leftovers hold out the noodles and don't mix in the dress. Combine all ingredients in small portions as needed.
