Paneer kurma

Ingredients
150 gms - Paneer / cottage cheese1/2 cup Yogurt + 2 tbsp3 large - Tomatoes3 grated - onions1tsp - Garam masala2 tsp - coriander powder & cumin powder11/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp turmeric powdersalt to taste, coriander leaves1 tbsp - canola/ any cooking oil
Directions
Cut and deep fry the paneer lightly. Cut the tomatoes finely. Heat oil and fry onions till pink in color. Add all the powders and fry for 1 mt. Add tomatoes and fry till the oil comes out. Add a cup of water and beaten curd. Add paneer, and cook for a while. Garnish with coriander leaves. If required add a little butter and serve.
