Quinoa High Protien Banana Bake

Ingredients
Cook Quinoa - 1 cup Quinoa and 2 cups water = Boil for 10 -15 mins.Mix Athese ingredients together like so;-Protien Powder 2 Scoops - Any Flavour you like I chose vinilla .Ground cinnamon =4 tblspmilk = 8 ozEgg Yolk = Large* With banana = 1 large - Roughly chop .Method=Once Quinoa is cooked and you have blended all the ingredients above * apart from banana - mix the ingredients together.Place in a square large ramikin dish put the banana in and mix place in oven for 45mins - Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with ice cream or cream.Temprature of oven 200Enjoy :)x
