Whole wheat pastafrozen cornfrozen peasblack beansLight mayonaisefat free skim milkChipolte seasoning
Directions
boil and drain pasta. In small bowl mix mayo, milk and seasoning, set aside. In large bowl add pasta, thawed corn, peas and drained beans then add the mayo mix. Add more seasoning to taste. Keep refrigerated, its better the next day!
