Ingredients
* Semolina, enriched, 1 cup * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 0.5 package (10 oz) * Lime Juice, 2 wedge yields * Salt, 0.5 tsp * Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp * Mustard seed, yellow, 0.5 tsp 1 tablespoon coconut
Directions
Dry roast semolina until it starts looking a little brown. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it. If available add a little jeera and green chillies (optional). pour water into the pan and bring it to boil. Add the roasted semolina slowly with constant stirring. Stir until the semolina thickens. Add add some salt for taste, coconut if desired and squeeze some lime. serve hot.
