2 Tablespoons butter2 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes1 cup bulgar wheat2 cups chicken broth1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp oregano
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan of med-low heat.
2. Add onion flakes and bulgar wheat and cook until fragrant and onion begins to brown.
3. Meanwhile, combine broth, salt, and oregano in a bowl.
4. Add broth mixture to bulgar in the pan. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all of the moisture is absorbed.
