Ingredients
1 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk1 cup Yoplait Light Very Vanilla, Fat Free, Yogurt.5 cup Bear Naked All Natural Granola, Fruit & Nut4 tbsp Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ1 tbsp Vanilla Extract1 cup Great Value Frozen Blueberries
Directions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend to desired consistency. It usually helps to add the liquids first. My blender has a drink button that seems to work great for smoothies....but I like them pretty thick!
