Chile-Dusted Pork Chops with Strawberries

4 bone-in porkchops (8oz. each)1 tbs chile powder1tbs. kosher salt2 tsp chipotle chile powder1 pint of fresh strawberrie hulled and havled2 tsp fresh lemon juice1/4 c. sugar1.5 c. all purpose flour
combine chile powders and salt in a bowl. run onto both rides of chops. Set Aside
Bring strawberries, lemon juice, 2 tbs water, sugar, and flour to a boil in a small saucepan over med. high heat. Reduce heat to med. low and simmer., stirring every few minutes until juice thickens- 12 to 15 minutes. Cover set aside.
Heat grill, or skillet with cooking spray. Cook chops until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees (5-7 minutes) on each side.
Place 1 chop on top of rice or any side, drizzle with pan juices, top with strawberries.
