COUNSELOR'S TUNA SALAD

Ingredients
3 cans tuna in water, drained4 Tbsp chopped bread and butter pickles1 Gold apple, chopped2 Tbsp chopped walnuts2 Tbsp wheat germ2 Tbsp light olive oil mayonnaise
Directions
Drain tuna and flake with a fork. Mix in pickles, apple, walnuts, and wheat germ. Add Mayo and mix well.

Place 1/2 C romaine lettuce ona plate. Measure 1/2 C of salad over lettuce.
