Ingredients
2 carrots1 apple4 radishes1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oila squeeze of lemon2 tablespoons of sesame seeds1 tablespoon of tahini (sesame seed paste)
Directions
cut the apple, the radishes, and the carrots in small matchstick-like pieces. mix the vinegar, the oil and the tahini, and toss it over the salad.
add freshly ground black pepper and sea salt to your taste.
quickly roast the sesame seeds in a pan, until lightly brown.
squeeze the lemon juice over the salad and top with the sesame seeds.
