1 cucumber peeled, seeded and diced1 tomoto diced1/4 cup of green onions sliced1 tsp lemon pepper1 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 tsp chopped garlic1 tsp lemon juice4 oz raw meat - cooked any style and cubed into bite size pieces
Add ingredients into bowl and stir. It is much better with olive oil but it will do without it.
