Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 15 oz (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 8 oz (remove)Del Monte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cup (remove)Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)2% mozarella Cheese, 1 cup (remove)Cheese (Parmesian & Romano - grated), 2 tsp (remove)
Combine Ricotta cheese, raw egg, spinach and 1/2 cup of mozzarella as "filling"
Crumble and brown the ground turkey, mix with spaghetti sauce
pasta (higher fiber pasta is good!)
Layer casserole dish with pasta, filling, sauce
Top with remaining grated cheeses & mozzarella
Bake 45 - 60 min at 350-degrees
