Egg Salad German Style/Eiersalat

500 gr boiled potatoes (medium size)4 medium dill pickles, chopped170 gr Fleischwurst (special German sausage)8 boiled eggs3 tbsp ranch dressing3 tbsp raw onions, chopped
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in small pieces. Put them to boil until cooked.
2. Chop the dill pickles and the Fleischwurst in very small pieces. Slice the eggs. Chop half an onion.
3. Mix the cooked potatoes with the pickles, the Fleischwurst, the eggs, the onions and the dressing (add a bit of water to the dressing to make it "more").
4. Enjoy!
