Very good! Pork cooked over night in the crock pot and was ready for lunches . Meat came out very soft. Will definitely do this again. - 11/9/13

I used 3 lb pork butt, 1 1/4 C bbq sauce, 1 1/2 C onions, 1 can Coke Zero. Was still bland so added some brown sugar and ketchup. Much better. My hubby and 7 yr old gobbled it up! Thanks! - 2/24/11

This is a great easy recipe and is especially good for someone with little cooking experience. I added a zucchini (chopped) and some brown rice to mine. It is a great meal for my family of boys and I found it to be a better option that eating out after a late afternoon Dr. appt. - 3/30/10
