Creamy ground turkey over spagetti squash

Cook ground turkey first drain season and set aside. In the same pan the turkey was cook in, sautee 2 garlic cloves for about 1 minute. Next add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and white wine. Simmer over med low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes then return the turkey to the pan. Add the gorgonzola and stir until melted and the sauce is thick and creamy. Serve over baked spagetti squash. (Sprinkle fresh cut parsley over top-Optional)

Spagetti Squash directions.

Preheat oven to 400. Cut squash in half and place each half face down on a baking pan. Cook for about 40 minutes or until squash can be easily pierced with a fork. Discard seeds and serve.
