Smothered Mushroom Hamburger Patties

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 tsp chopped garlic1 can Golden Cream of Mushroom soup1 cup of sliced or chopped fresh mushrooms
Directions
Combine ground beef , onions, and garlic. Divide hamburger mix into 5 to 6 patties. Add a small amount of olive oil to skillet. Place patties in skillet on medium heat. Cook until almost done. Add mushrooms and soup and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until meat is done to your taste. Serve with salad, mashed potates or any veggies you prefer for a complete meal.
