Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen berry blend1 cup frozen strawberries1 cup skim milkIce10 splenda packets - sweeter taste
Directions
thaw out any frozen fruit used. Add all ingredients in the blender, except for splenda. mix untill smoth. Then add the splenda, mix and serve.
