Chicken Asparagus Sandwich

Ingredients
2 pieces double fiber whole wheat bread1/4 large bonless skinless chicken breast (seasoned to taste)5 medium spears of asparagus (salted)1 oz. mozzarella cheese ( sliced)3 tsp. or 1 tbsp. Jack Daniels Honey Dijon mustard
Directions
Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray. Turn on med. heat.
Slice chicken breast into 4 pieces. Place in pan and season to taste. Cook about 10 min. or until no pink in center. Turning once. Once done cooking place two pieces bread in toaster oven on one piece lay out asparagus and salt to taste. On the other piece shred the chicken with fork or just slice. Drizzle mustard on top of chicken. Then place cheese on top of mustard. Toast for about 4 or 5 min. Fold together and enjoy. Makes one serving.
