Shrimp Spaghetti with mushrooms and peppers

Ingredients
whole wheat Spaghetti 5 cups cookedOlive Oil 2 tblsp. dividedbalsamic vinegar 3 Tblsp.Sweet red pepper 1 Cuponion 1 smallgarlic 3 clovesmusrooms 1.5 Cup fresh slicedlarge shrimp 16-20 oz. deveined , peeledsalt to taste black pepper to taste
Directions
Cook whole wheat spaghetti aldente
toss in 1 Tblsp. Olive oil to keep pasta from sticking. add a dash of garlic powder if desired, and toss into spaghetti.
Meanwhile add 1 Tblsp. Olive Oil and 3 Tblsp. Balsamic vinegar to a skillet.
Add sliced sweet red pepper, chopped onion, garlic and sliced mushrooms. cook until slightly done.
Add deveined and peeled shrimp. Cook until done. approx 5-7 min. untill curled and pink.
salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture over spaghetti.
