Buttermilk Cornbread

1/2 cup self rising flour1/2 white or yellow cornmeal perferably buttermilk but not necessary1/2 cup low fat buttermilk1/4 cup water1 large egg2 packets of equalcooking spray
spray a muffin pan with pam this will make 12 muffins
preheat oven to 350
In a medium size bowl, put remaining ingredients it should be pretty thin. If it seems to thick add a little more water.
pour into pan and let cook in oven for about 20 min. or until golden brown on the top.
