Chicken Spinach Cheese Shells

9 oz. chicken breast chopped, 12 oz pk jumbo pasta shells, 3/4 c. nonfat cottage cheese, 3/4 c. part-skim ricotta cheese, 3/4 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, 1 10 pk frozen spinach (thawed, dried, and squeezed), 1 (26 oz) jar fire-roasted tomato and garlic sauce.
Boil pasta (just water and pasta). Drain & rinse with cold water. While pasta boils combine chopped chicken, cheeses, spinach, in a large bowl. Mix well. Fill mixture into shells. Spread 3/4 c. of pasta in bottom of 13x9 pan to keep from sticking. Place stuffed shells in single layer into pan, and cover with remaining sauce. cover, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 5 minutes. Makes 5 (4 shells) servings.
