Black and White Salsa

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can Great Northern or navy beans, drained and rinsed1 can Rotel1/4 c. red onion, chopped1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped2 small jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)2 cloves minced garlic3 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. saltblack pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all together and serve either as a dip with tortilla chips, or as an entree by wrapping in a tortilla. Garnish with sour cream, avocado, or cheese as desired.
