chicken thighs with onion and garlic

Ingredients
16 oz chicken thigh, meat only cut into strips1 large onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp soya sauce 2 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup water
Directions
Makes 3/4 servings

wash thighs
season with all ingredients except onions
marinate for 30 minutes or overnignight if you prefer

add olive oil to pan

add chicken thighs to pan


gently fry until they begin to turn brown


add onions


add water


stir


cover and simmer for approx 40 minutes on a low heat.


add more water to make sauce as needed

Serve with rice and salad
