Taco Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 egg1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup dry bread crumbs1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper1/2 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. pepper1 lb. ground turkey1 Tbsp. canola oil4 hamburger buns, split and toasted1/2 cup salsa1/4 sour cream
Directions
In a large bowl, combine teh first 10 ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties.

In a large skillet, cook burgers in oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees and juices run clear.

Serve on buns with salsa and sour cream. Yield: 4 servings.
