Semi-Vegetarian Stir Fry

2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 T Pampered Chef Asian Seasoning Mix 1 glove clove 1 T red onion 5 oz. Chicken breast, boneless, no skin, cut in strips1 med. celery stock, choppped (leaves included, chopped & set aside) 1 med carrot, chopped1/2 cup Frozen Peas1/2 cup Frozen Green Beans1 T soy sauce2 cups shredded cabbage
In a medium pan add olive oil, asian seasoning, chopped garlic clove, red onion, and celery leaves. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add chicken and cook throughly. When chicken is cooked add everything else but the cabbage. Continue cooking until frozen veggies are thawed. I added and few crushed red peppers for a little kick!! Serve over a cup of shredded cabbage per person and enjoy.
