Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil8 garlic cloves, minced1 cup chopped onion2 Tbsp basil2 tsp mint6#10 oz can tomatoes (San Marzano are best)
Directions
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add herbs and tomatoes and simmer 1/2 hour. Puree in blender or food processor.
