Frozen Mixed Berries100g of yogart( I used raspberry activa but you can us whatever you like.)Dash of 2% milk10 Fresh Blueberries (I like blueberries : )8 Fresh Raspberries8 Fresh Blackberries (optional)Dash of Apple juice or whatever juice you like.1 Ice cube

Add all the ingredients to the blender or the magic bullet blend and enjoy!
