Chicken Parmesan Sandwich

Ingredients
Arnold Sandwich ThinBoneless skinless chicken tenderloin1/8 cup 3 cheese pizza blend (or part-skim mozzarella)1/4 cup Ragu (I use Ragu because it's higher potassium and lower sodium than Classico)Italian seasonings to taste
Directions
Lightly toast sandwich thin while grilling chicken (I use the george foreman). Cut tenderloin into 2-3 pieces, place in a microwave-safe container, top with Ragu, seasonings, and cheese. Cook on high about 20 seconds just to melt cheese and warm sauce. Slide chicken with sauce and cheese onto bottom sandwich thin, top, and enjoy!

    This is a keeper. I made it for lunch today for my kids and they loved it. I used some leftover sauce that I had made yesterday. It was a super easy, good change, idea for lunch. - 6/26/13
