2 cups frozen tator tots1 16oz bag frozen mixed veggies2 cans cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)1/2 pound lean ground beef1 small onion chopped
Brown the ground beef and onion and then drain excess grease. Place meat mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish. Cover with frozen vegetables, then cover with soup, then place tator tots on top. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
