Spicy Turkey burger soup

Ingredients
1 pound turkey burger, one onion chopped. 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes. 1 can reduced fat beef broth. 1 box of light cream cheese.
Directions
brown turkey burger and onion/garlic in large soup pan until burger is no longer pink. Add 2 cans of rotel. In blender, mix cream cheese and beef broth and then add to soup. Simmer until heated through. Very delicious with a little cheese on the top, with croutons or with adding corn.
