Marshmallow Cornflake Cakes

Ingredients
200g Marshmallows1tsp vanilla essence15g butter30g cocoa powder180g Kelloggs Cornflakes
Makes 24 flat squares
in a large saucepan melt the butter, cocoa, vanilla, and marshmallows over a gentle heat until liquid.
Mix the cornflakes into the marshmallow mixture and keep stirring until most of the cornflakes are chocolatey.
Tip mixture into a glass lasagna dish and press down with the bag of a wet spoon (cold water).
Use Pizza Roller to cut into 24 squares
