Ingredients
1 Nature's Own 100 Calorie Multi Grain English Muffin1 Egg, poached1 slice Kraft Free American Cheese Singles1 slice Jenny-O Turkey Bacon1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
Directions
1. In a small skillet cook the turkey bacon per package instructions

2. Poach the egg

3. Toast the muffin

4. Add a dollop of dijon mustard to the bread

5. Layer egg, cheese slice and bacon and top with the other half of the muffin.
