Mikayla's Favorite Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
* *Active Dry Yeast, 3 tsp * Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp * Water, tap, .75 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, .75 cup * *Flour, white, 1 cup * Salt, 1 tsp Spaghetti Sauce 1/2 cup * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz shredded * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .33 cup
Directions
Preheat OVEN!! 500. Mix first three ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside for eight minutes. Meanwhile add Flours, salt and half of the parmesan cheese in a medium sized bowl. Add yeast mixture. Stir until it forms a ball. Dump out and knead for 2 minutes. Immediately roll into a 14-16 inch circle. Place on lightly greased pizza pan. Spread with the spaghetti sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, top with parmesan and a little italian seasoning for looks.
Bake at 500 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 8 Servings.
