Asain Swiss Chard

Ingredients
4 cups swiss chard, 1tsp sesame oil, 1tsp Omega oil, 1 clove garlic, 1 Tbsp ginger, 0.75 cup mushrooms, (Crimini or Shiitake) 0.75 cup onion, 0.25 hot pepper, 1-2 Tbsp Reduced sodium, gluten free soy sauce. (San-J)
Directions
Saute chopped garlic, ginger, hot pepper and sliced onion in oils over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and stir for about 1-2 minutes. Then add swiss chard and cover with a lid. Cook until tender - about 3 minutes. Add soy sauce to taste. Enjoy! Makes enough for 2 servings.
