Smoked Turkey Collard Greens

Ingredients
1 lb. smoked turkey meat2 lbs. collard greens3 c. water1c. chicken broth (fat free, low sodium; 70 mg)1/2. chopped yellow onions1tbsp. cider vinegar1/8 tsp. red pepper flakesEqual, Splenda or other sweetener
Directions
In a large pot bring smoked turkey meat and water to a boil. Add your greens and all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium low and cook until th greens are tender.

Adjust seasonings and sweetner as desired.
