Fresh berry meringue tart

1 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries1 box 4 serving sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix, cook and serve2 cups skim milk2 egg whites1/2 cup sugar1/2 tsp cream of tarter1/2 tsp salt1 tsp strawberry extract
beat egg whites, salt, and cream of tarter until frothy slow add sugar about 1 tbs at a time beating well on high. when soft peaks form add extract and continue to beat until stiff peaks. on a parchment lined cookie sheet spread merainge in to the shape of a tart bringing up the sides to form a shell about 1/2 inch high. Bake in oven at 250 for 50 min then turn down oven to 200 and bake for 90 min or untill stiff and sounds hallow when tapped lightly . Turn off oven leave tart in oven until cool or ready to serve. In mean time cook pudding and cool with plastic wrap ontop to prevent skin. When ready to serve pour pudding in tart and top with fresh berries. Cut into four pie pieces and serve immediatly.
