Crockpot Chili

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. ground turkey 93% fat free2 medium onions chopped1 medium green bell pepper chopped2 cloves garlic minced2 14 1/2 oz cans diced tomatoes1 4 oz. can green chilies2 15 1/2 oz cans red kidney beans rinsed and drained1 8oz can tomato sauce1 Tablespoon chili powder2 teaspoons cumin1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Brown turkey. Add onion, garlic, and green pepper and saute for 2 minutes. Add to 5 qt. crockpot with rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 hours. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese if desired. Serves 8.
