Cheesesteak Pizza

Ingredients
Crust:1 c. whole wheat flour1 T. baker's yeast1T. olive oil2/3 c. warm water1/2 t. saltTopping:8 oz. steak1 c. bell pepper, sliced1 clove garlic1 1/2 c. mozzarella, part-skim
Directions
In medium mixing bowl, mix flour, salt and yeast. Add warm water and oil. Mix until forms dough. Add water if too dry; add flour if too sticky. Cover and let rise 10-30 minutes.

Slice raw beef very thin. In non-stick skillet sautee beef, pepper, 1 clove garlic and season with italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook just til pepper is tender and beef is done to your taste.

Take dough out of bowl, punch down and knead a few times with flour. Spread in cookie sheet or pizza pan. Top with cheese. Spread meat mixture evenly over cheese.

Bake @ 425 10-15 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
