Chicken Soft Tacos

1 Chicken Breast1/2 tbsp Olive OIl1 tbsp Onion1 Garlic Clove1/4 c Water1/2 tbsp Taco Seasoning2 8" Tortillas1 oz Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese1 oz Cheddar Cheese1/2 c chopped Lettuce
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add finely chopped onion and chopped garlic; cook until onion is translucent.
Chop thawed chicken breast into small pieces and add to skillet. Allow to brown. Add water and taco seasoning; stir well. Cook until chicken is cooked through and "sauce" is reduced to a coating of sorts.
Divide chicken mixture between two tortillas. Add 1/2 oz of each kind of cheese to each tortilla. Microwave, if desired, for 30 seconds to melt cheese. Add lettuce, fold, and enjoy. :)
