I made this at home, I accidentally ate the pepper in another recipe the day before. I also added a pack of imitation lobster chunks for more meat/protein. I used sargento italian pasta cheese. This recipe was ok. Too rich and caloric for my liking, but for being home made alfredo it was good. - 11/17/09
