    This looks good but the sodium content is too high for my meal plan. (high blood pressure). I would try it for DH though. Where do you get crawfish tails from? I've not seem them here. - 1/20/20

    I made this at home, I accidentally ate the pepper in another recipe the day before. I also added a pack of imitation lobster chunks for more meat/protein. I used sargento italian pasta cheese. This recipe was ok. Too rich and caloric for my liking, but for being home made alfredo it was good. - 11/17/09
