Quick Turkey, corn and been hash

1 package of ground turkey (19.2 oz)2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely1/2 onion, chopped2 Tablespoons olive oil1 1/2 Tablespoons of chili powder (or to taste)1 Tablespoon ground cumin (or to taste)salt and pepper (to taste)2.5 cups frozen corn2.5 cups canned pinto beans (about a 30 oz. can drained)8 oz. can of tomato sauce
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or soup pan on medium heat.
2. Add the chopped garlic and onion and cook for a minute.
3. Add the ground turkey. Break into small pieces with spatula and stir to cook evenly.
4. As the turkey is cooking, season with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
5. Once the turkey is cooked and you no longer see any pink bits, add corn and increase heat to medium-high. Then add in the beans. *I like to cook the mixture for a minute or two in between additions* Finally, add in the tomato sauce. You may want to add a bit of water depending on what kind of consistency you prefer.
6. Cook until heated through and taste to see if it needs any additional seasoning.
