2 medium size chicken breast1 cup of flour 1/2c milk 2%2 large eggs1 T of salt
get a deep fryer ready to cook in. mix the milk and egg in a bowl. very liquidy is desirable. set aside. mix flour and salt in a bowl or ziplock bag and set aside. rinse the 2 chicken breast then cut them into 4-6 pieces each depending on the prefered size of strips. dip the chicken strips into the egg mixture then dip in the flour and shake off excess flour then place in the heated deep fryer and cook 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. makes 10-12 strips
