Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Ingredients
* *Fleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast), 3 tsp (remove) * Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove) * *Flour, white, 2.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil 2 cups whole wheat flour, and salt to mix. Mix well, then add remaining flour 1/4 c at a time and need until dough is smooth and elastic (you may not use all the flour).
Cover and let rise for 30 min, punch down, divide into four sections, roll out and top with favorite pizza toppings.

Bake at 425 for 13 to 15 min on pizza stone or pizza plate.
