Amazing Vegetarian Chik'n Salad

Ingredients
1 1/4 Cup Quorn Tenders, cooked and finely diced2 ribs celery, finely diced1/2 red onion, finely diced3 Tbs. light mayonnaise1/8 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
1. Heat the Quorn tenders in the microwave for a couple of minutes, until heated through. Let cool.
2. While Quorn tenders are cooling, finely dice celery and onion, and add to large bowl.
3. Add the spices and mix.
4. Add Quorn tenders and mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

    I hate red onion, so don't put it in. This is AMAZING with honey mustard dressing instead of mayo. I leave out the garlic powder and half some purple grapes & throw them in with a few craisins. I also add a TB or so of slivered almonds. OMGeez...delicious over a greed salad! - 6/10/13
