Spiced Caramel-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
* 1 cup Dannon Light & Fit nonfat vanilla yogurt* 1 ripe medium banana, cut into chunks* 1 1/4 cup skim milk* 2 tbsp Walden Farms Caramel Dip* 1 1/2 cups crushed ice* 1/4 tsp cinnamon* 1/8 tsp ginger* a dash of ground cloves
Directions
In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
