Cheap 'n Cheerful Spicy Vegetarian Shepherds Pie

Ingredients
* 1 x Sharwoods Vegetable Curry 300g Pouch * Quorn Mince, 150 gram(s) * Red Potato, 350 grams * Plain white flour, 1 tsp *1 x Knorr Vegetable Stock Cube * Cheese sauce mix (dry), 10g * Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 50ml
Directions
Dice potatoes and put on to boil. Cook quorn in a pan for approx 5-10 minutes, with 1 Knorr vegetable stock cube and very little water. Take off the heat and add the Sharwoods Veg curry; bring gently back to simmer and add the flour to thicken slightly. Turn mixture into two small ovenproof dishes and leave to cool until the mixture becomes a little firmer.
Mash cooked potatoes and add milk to bring them to a creamy consistency. Add the dry cheese sauce mix.
Top the pies with the mashed potatoes and cook in the oven (around 170 degrees) for about 20-30 minutes until topping is golden brown.
