Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup canola oil4 egg whites (1 cup egg beaters or egg substitute)1 tsp vanilla1 1/3 tsp baking soda1/4 cup nonfat milk5 medium over-ripe bananas
Directions
Heat oven to 350F
Spray 2 loaf pans
In a large bowl, mash bananas with a masher
Mix all ingredients by hand
Pour into 2 loaf pans
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out almost clean
Let cool 15 minutes and remove from pans
Makes 2 loaves (8 thick slices each)
