Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans, drained4 oz. roasted red peppers3 T. lemon juice1 1/2 T tahini1 clove garlic1/2 t. cumin1/2 t. cayenne1/4 t. salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Add reserved liquid from beans, if needed for texture. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. Serve with vegetables or pita.
